FXPRIMUS百利汇于2013年夏季正式在上海设立了代表办事处，在代表处设立之前的2009年开始，百利汇就已通过与中国地区的代理商合作来打开中国市场。
伴随着百利汇在中国地区业务的增长以及品牌影响力的逐渐扩大，百利汇开始成为市场中某些不法分子的目标。最近，一家名为“PRIMUS-FX佰利汇”的公司通过网站http://www.primus-fx.com 来套牌FXPRIMUS百利汇经营外汇保证金市场。
汇讯网通过访问该套牌网站发现，该网站几乎与百利汇的官方网站完全一致。而较为夸张的是，该网站声称自己一家澳大利亚注册公司，公司全称为PRIMUS GROUP PTY LTD，并拥有ASIC交易商许可资格，其声称中国办公地址位于上海市浦东南路855号世界广场9楼H。
汇讯网根据该网站提供的信息在澳大利亚证券投资委员会（ASIC）官方网站查询获悉，澳大利亚确实有一家名为PRIMUS GROUP PTY LTD的公司，ACN：136072449，ABN：82136072449。而“PRIMUS-FX佰利汇”在其网站中声称的ASIC交易商许可牌照其实就是澳洲公司PRIMUS GROUP PTY LTD的注册ACN编号，并非金融服务牌照。
此外，我们还查询获知，在香港也有一家名为PRIMUS GROUP PTY LIMITED的公司于2013年7月9日在香港注册成立，注册编号为1934815，属于香港本地私人公司。（参见下图）
截至目前，我们还不清楚位于香港的PRIMUS GROUP PTY LIMITED和位于澳大利亚的PRIMUS GROUP PTY LTD究竟是何关系。不过FXPRIMUS百利汇远东区总裁Keith Huang对汇讯网表示，香港以及澳洲的两家公司与FXPRIMUS百利汇无任何关系。

A Statement from FXPRIMUS Ltd.
It has come to our attention that a fraudulent website purporting to represent FXPRIMUS in China is operating without our permission at http://www.primus-fx.com. The fraudulent website looks similar to our own FXPRIMUS website at http://www.fxprimus.com/cn/.
FXPRIMUS has no connection with this fraudulent website. Anyone who has provided his or her personal information to the website, or has conducted any financial transactions through the website should contact FXPRIMUS at [email protected] and provide complete details including any/all correspondences with any individuals claiming to be FXPRIMUS representatives.
We will provide this information to the authorities as part of their criminal investigation. We are taking this matter extremely seriously, and we are working with the appropriate legal authorities to shut down this fraudulent website. By making you aware of this, we hope to prevent anyone from falling victim to this scam.
